Meet Mandy

Mandy Farrar-Khan (née Browse) is a dynamic and experienced chef and events catering manager. Her professional journey has included heading the team at the internationally renowned Admirable Crichton, working for a number of members of the royal family and events catering at multi-award winning William’s Food Hall & Oyster Bar.

With numerous weddings, private parties and the creation of an intimate fine-dining supper club at Vale House along the way, Mandy continues to seamlessly marry virtuosic professionalism with an easygoing warmth and a true passion for what she does.
